Returns
You have the right to return all or part of your order within 14 days from the date you receive your delivery.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
Please return furniture in the same form it was delivered — free from any signs of wear, assembly, or damage.
Under Irish law, the cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer, unless the goods were faulty or not as described.
If a returned product shows signs of use, damage, or improper handling, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly. We will inform you of any such adjustment by email or phone.
To make a return, please send a clear statement of withdrawal from the purchase to info@tegrefurniture.ie and include a completed Return Form with your shipment.
If you prefer, you may write your statement by hand — that’s perfectly fine too.

Please make sure your parcel is securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase once the returned items have been received and inspected.
Complaints & Product Issues
If you wish to make a complaint regarding a faulty or non-conforming product, in accordance with the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022, please download the Complaint Form available below, complete it, and send it to info@tegrefurniture.ie together with clear photographs showing the defect or issue that forms the basis of your complaint.
If the product was damaged during delivery, please make a damage report directly with the courier upon receipt of the parcel and include a copy of that report with your complaint form.
We review all complaints within 14 days of receiving them.
You will receive our response by email or phone as soon as your case has been assessed.
